What is the status of my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information to monitor your order status.
Can I change my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order status is “preparing for shipping”, “shipped”, or “delivered”, we are unable to make changes.

Which currency will I be charged in?
At Vertture, we use localized checkout for each country. This means all prices are automatically displayed and charged in your local currency.
Currency conversion is processed instantly and securely through Cartpanda Payments, ensuring a smooth and transparent checkout experience.
Do you offer 3 or 4 installment payments?
Yes, installment payment options may be available depending on your country and payment method.

Where do you ship?
Vertture ships worldwide, including Europe, North & Central America, Asia, and Oceania.
How long does it take to ship my order?
- Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days
How can I track my package?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment in real time.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you are not available, the carrier may attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. In some cases, your package may be held at a local post office for pickup.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased from our official store
- The item has not been used
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. Please specify your request when contacting support.
Are returns free?
Return shipping may be free in specific cases. If the return is not due to an error by Vertture, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Returns are confirmed within 14 days after arriving at our warehouse
- Once approved, refunds, exchanges, or store credits are processed within 14 days
